Integrate into your Social Emotional Wellness Plan
Thrivers (yearly subscribers) engage in live, monthly, virtual check-ins with other teens and their Empowered Minds Coach! This promotes mental, social and emotional wellness to teens and gives them opportunities to unpack the current magazine issue as well as their experiences in a supportive and safe environment. Our Coaches are trained mental health professionals.
