This nationally touring conference is curated to uplift, affirm, empower and celebrate women in Education and Social Services. The inaugural conference took place in Dallas, Texas in August 2023. Thus far, in 2024, it has toured in Kansas City, MO, Tulsa, OK and Dallas, TX.
The last tour stop will be in cyberspace on September 19-21, 2024. We are excited to offer our last conference virtually, and by popular request, it will be presented to any woman in leadership, not just those in Education and Social Services. We encourage a multi-cultural and multi-generational experience.

The Experience, formerly Women's Leadership Conference, is dedicated to amplify the voices of women leaders from diverse backgrounds, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Attendees will engage in dynamic discussions, gain invaluable insights, and build lasting networks that empower women to embrace and leverage their gifts and talents as leaders.
Join us for an amazing experience that focuses on wellness for leaders, culturally responsive and inclusive leadership practices, personal branding and development and entrepreneurship.
