The Experience, formerly Women's Leadership Conference, is dedicated to amplify the voices of women leaders from diverse backgrounds, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Attendees will engage in dynamic discussions, gain invaluable insights, and build lasting networks that empower women to embrace and leverage their gifts and talents as leaders.
Join us for an amazing experience that focuses on wellness for leaders, culturally responsive and inclusive leadership practices, personal branding, development and entrepreneurship.
It is curated to uplift, affirm, empower and celebrate diverse women in leadership. It offers an empowering experience for women leaders to develop actionable strategies to use personal attributes, talents and skills to overcome life's challenges as women in leadership as well as leading with culturally responsive and inclusion practices.
Additionally, we are offering a teen component to cultivate leadership skills among ladies ages 13-18.

DREAM Education invites nominations for the 2025 DREAM Women in Leadership Award for women in leadership:
The awards will be announced at the VIP Meet and Greet and presented at Legacy Brunch/DREAM Leadership Awards A award will be presented to each winner. The winners must agree to attend (in-person or virtual) The Experience to receive the award.
Eligibility:
Serves in a leadership capacity (e.g. Founder/CEO, Leadership Coach, Executive/Director). ....but don't get caught up in the title....check out how the nominee/nomination will be evaluated below.
Evaluation:
The DREAM Awards committee will evaluate nominations and select a recipient based on leadership and community service. Specifically, we'd like to hear how the nominated leader:
