FEES & PAYMENTS
A 20-minute FREE consultation is offered to all new clients. We offer affordable services that fit within your budget. A retainer fee is required before services begin. Services are calculated on an hourly basis or a flat rate.
Cash, credit/debit cards, CashApp and Zelle are accepted (email@example.com). You may pay online or in person. We do not accept checks.
We ask that you contact us at 214-794-8060 within 48 hours if you you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients’ busy schedules. We offer weekend and evening appointments as well. We expect the same consideration for our time and schedules from our clients. Please be advised that any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee. If more than one service provider is involved, the fee will apply to each service provider. For evaluation clients, this fee is at parent, not school district's expense.
Insurance and Reduced Rates
We will accept Blue Cross Blue Shield soon! Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance allow?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required for my primary care physician?
We will be happy to provide you with the diagnostic/evaluation codes and an itemized receipt you might need for reimbursement.
Consideration may be given to parents whose children receive free/reduced lunch at school.
