Part I: The Multicultural Courage Circle®--a curated selection of diverse women in leadership, will share authentic, lived experiences rooted in inclusive decision-making and personal development that has impacted their leadership.

Part II: Dr. Ro will lead The Impact Mapping Experience-- an interactive, high-impact experience which guides women leaders to reflect on their own leadership and build upon the courageous conversations and lived experiences shared by Multicultural Courage Circle®. Guests will develop a focused leadership roadmap for addressing a critical priority for transformative impact within their organization or community.
This session is designed for only 10 women leaders operating at a high level who are ready to elevate how they lead and influence their organization's culture or community.

A Financial Freedom Workshop within The Experience! For Women In Leadership, intentionally designed for the young women of Viola’s House. This experience reflects a shared commitment between Dr. Ro and Thana Hickman, founder and CEO of Viola’s House and a valued sponsor, featured speaker, and honoree within The Experience! Both women share lived experience as former young mothers who were supported by their families as they navigated education and leadership. This session is created to extend that same spirit of support to young mothers who may not have the same resources, equipping them with tools for self-sufficiency, economic empowerment, and the foundation to grow into the leaders they are becoming.

Through The Experience! For Women In Leadership, participants from The ALL Pathway Program of The CALME Space—founded by TaKeisha Busby—will engage in a targeted training experience designed to strengthen adaptive and professional skills that support career placement and advancement. This collaboration addresses barriers to employment faced by people with disabilities and older adults while expanding access to tools, networks, and leadership exposure that foster dignity, inclusion, and long-term workforce success. Participants will also connect with influential women leaders in an authentic space that values lived experience and reflects the reality that many women in leadership are neurodiverse.
