Royond P. Hendrix, Ed.D
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Royond P. Hendrix, affectionately known as "Dr. Ro" serves DREAM Education as its CEO.
Initially, DREAM Education only served public schools; however, Dr. Ro expanded DREAM's reach in 2015 to community-based organizations and corporations to meet the growing need for diversity, equity and inclusion solutions and other professional services.

She is the co-founder and board member of several nonprofit organizations and channels her energy towards the productivity of educational organizations, community development and advocacy for individuals with exceptionalities/special needs.
Her professional experience includes public outreach, organizational development, professional coaching, strategic planning and general business partnerships. Dr. Ro's creative thinking has afforded her the opportunity to be successful in organizational leadership for small businesses and in the nonprofit sector.
Prior to launching DREAM, Dr. Ro served as a teacher, school district leader and professor at the University of North Texas.
Dr. Ro is an author and enjoys international travel. On her free time, you will find her playing with local symphonic bands as a clarinetist.
