NOMINATION FORM--iThrive Empowered Minds Magazine

Each month, DREAM Education features one teen in the iThrive Empowered Minds digital magazine for their leadership efforts to be kind, uplifting and/or inclusive of diversity within their school and/or communities.


Eligibility:

  • Teen: Age 13-17

  • Demonstrates leadership efforts to be kind and uplifting; or

  • Embraces diversity and is inclusive within their school and/or communities; or

  • Demonstrates courage and resilience; or

  • Has an inspiring story of overcoming adversity
