This conference is carefully curated for all women serving in leadership roles:  Emerging Leders, Executives/Directors and Leadership Coaches.  Previously,  our targeted market was women in Education and Social Services, but we received an overwhelming response that the conference meets the needs of ALL women in leadership.  So, we welcome all women serving in leadership roles across various sectors.  We encourage a multi-generational and multi-cultural experience.
