The Experience!--For Women in Leadership (formerly DREAM Women's Leadership Conference), is dedicated to amplify the voices of women leaders from diverse backgrounds, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. This conference is carefully curated for all women serving in leadership roles:  Emerging Leaders, Executives/Directors and Leadership Coaches.  Previously,  our targeted market was women in Education and Social Services, but we received an overwhelming response that the conference meets the needs of ALL women in leadership.  So, we welcome all women serving in leadership roles across various sectors.  We encourage a multi-generational and multi-cultural experience, including special sessions for teens!  We are confident this rebranded experience will empower every attendee and presenter to connect and collaborate for collective impact!  Let's unleash our power!
