Spiritual wellness is connecting to your inner and outer worlds to support you in living your values and purpose. What does this mean to you?
(Meditation is not for old folk!). Meditation is an experience of relaxing the body, quieting the mind and awakening the spirit. How might this be beneficial to teens? Do you practice meditation?
How do you advocate for your own health and well-being within your school or community?
How can I cope with the pressures of school and social life?
Develop healthy coping mechanisms for stress, like talking to trusted adults or engaging in hobbies.
